Alan Cloake pleads guilty to impersonating an immigration officer

Alan Cloake, 47, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to falsely representing himself as an immigration officer, deception and possession of criminal proceeds.

The offences involved 10 people and €71,000; the court ordered a probation report and adjourned finalisation to 26 October.
