New dormer house and garage with partial wall demolition and new site entrance

Aiden and Eileen Watters want to build a new dormer-style house on Cavan Road in Ballyhaise, along with a detached garage. They'll also partly knock down the existing boundary wall and create a new entrance to the site, with connections to water, electricity and other services.
