Protected house gets dormer, kitchen openings, and lime render; approved extension dropped

Ben and Eileen Moore are applying to keep and modify work they've already started on their protected home at Plush, Cloverhill. They want to drop a previously approved extension, add a dormer window to the back roof, put in new kitchen windows and doors, and apply lime render to the outside walls.
