Retention of altered dwelling house with extended floor area and gallery level

Peter McKiernan is seeking permission to keep a dwelling house at Ardloughter, Ballyconnell that was built with some changes from the original approved design. The main changes include extending the floor area with a rear extension that now has a gallery level, plus some minor adjustments to the building's exterior.
