Dog grooming business expands with daycare, kennels, storage cabin and exercise area

Elena Farrell wants to expand her dog grooming business at Shankill to include daycare (up to 9 dogs daily) and kennels (up to 3 dogs), plus add a small timber storage cabin, a larger garage with solar panels and a toilet, and a fenced dog exercise area in the back garden. She's also putting up a small signage board for the business.
