Extension, garage and second driveway entrance added to existing house

Maura and Kathleen Barry Smith are seeking permission to keep a single storey extension they've added to the side of their house in Killyteane, along with a detached garage at the rear and a second entrance onto the public road. This is a retention application, meaning the work has already been done and they're now regularising it with the council.
