Mushroom compost facility partially converted to plastics recycling plant with new extension

Plasmac Ireland wants to convert part of their existing mushroom compost facility into a plastics recycling plant at Omard, Kilnaleck. The plans include a single-storey extension, new wastewater treatment, a weighbridge, storage silos, and a container building. They'll need to get a separate waste facility permit once planning is approved.
