Granny flat extension, shed demolition, and new sewage system for rural home

Aaron Smith wants to build a single-story granny flat extension onto his home at Killygrogan, Lavey. He's also planning to demolish an existing agricultural shed and install a new sewage treatment system with a percolation area to handle wastewater.
