Farmland recontouring with imported soil and stone across 3.25 hectares

Farmer Brian Harton wants to reshape 3.25 hectares of farmland near Kilcogy by bringing in clean soil and stone to improve the land for agriculture. The work will also include drainage improvements and related site works.
