Demolish sunroom, build replacement single-storey extension

Philippa Bignell is planning to knock down an existing sunroom at Gorteen House in Mullagh and replace it with a new single-storey extension on the side and front of the house. The property is a protected structure, so the work will need to meet heritage requirements.
