Rear extension with attic living space approved for retention

Fred and Linda Bell have been granted permission to keep a rear extension they've already built onto their Church Street home in Killeshandra, which includes new habitable space in the attic. The council has approved it on condition they meet certain requirements, and they've submitted additional environmental assessment information as part of the process.
