Office space converted to community meeting house on second floor of protected building

Hosanna House has been given the green light to convert the second floor of a building on Church Street in Kinnypottle from office space into a community and meeting house, with associated offices, toilets and other facilities. The building is a protected structure, so the work comes with conditions to ensure its character is preserved.
