Derelict house replaced with new 5-bed home

Neal McEnroe wants to knock down a derelict two-bedroom house in Maghera, Virginia and replace it with a new five-bedroom home that's part two-storey with a pitched roof and part single-storey with a flat roof. The site will also get a new wastewater treatment system, with access via an existing private lane.
