New house with garage and treatment system at Kilbillaghan, Fardrum

Eanna Gavin and Ciara Smyth want to build a new house at Kilbillaghan near Athlone, along with a garage and a wastewater treatment system. They're also creating a new entrance to the property and carrying out associated site works.
