Attic conversion with 2 bedrooms approved, plus new roof windows

Damian Davis has got the go-ahead to keep an attic conversion at his home in Mullaghmore that includes 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The council has also approved adding extra roof windows to the first floor. The permission came with conditions attached.
