Rear extension demolition and rebuild, plus new front porch

Naomi and Mark Archer want to knock down their existing rear extension at 29 Stella Maris in Ballisodare and replace it with a new single storey extension. They're also adding a front porch and making some alterations to the house, while keeping their existing garage.
