Hostel converted to 13-apartment residential development with extensions

The Housing Association for Integrated Living wants to transform an existing hostel on Finsklin Road into 13 apartments—9 one-bed flats and 4 duplexes (mix of one and two-bed)—by extending and renovating the building with new two and three-storey sections. The project includes solar panels, new landscaping, bike parking, and demolition of some old sheds.
