Attic conversion to living accommodation with external alterations

Richard O'Boyle has got the go-ahead to convert the attic of his semi-detached house at Farmhill Manor into living space. The plan includes changes to the front, back and side of the building to make the new accommodation work. Permission was granted with conditions attached.
