Single-storey extension and alterations to house, plus new wastewater system

Elaine Sullivan wants to alter her house at Lugdoon, Templeboy and add a single-storey extension. She's also planning to install a new wastewater treatment system to service the property. The council is still processing the application and hasn't yet confirmed it's complete.
