Vacant retail unit converted to office space in protected building

Adrian Crawford has been given the go-ahead to convert a vacant ground-floor unit at The Old Mill on Union Street in Rathedmond from retail space into an office. The building is a protected structure, so the conversion comes with conditions to protect its heritage status.
