Single-storey flat roof extension added to side and rear of house

Kellie and Dean Ryan have been granted permission to add a single-storey extension to the side and rear of their home at 43 Oakfield Crescent in Ballydoogan. The extension will have a flat roof and include associated site works. Permission was granted on 27 April 2026, though it comes with conditions that need to be met.
