Home retrofit with new extension and garage built in Ballydoogan

Mark King and Fiona Donnellan have permission to remodel their home at Knocknarea Villas with energy-efficient upgrades, new windows, and external insulation. They'll demolish an old garage and lean-to extension, then build a replacement flat-roof extension (58 square metres) and a new domestic garage (35 square metres). The entrance gateway will also be widened and the site landscaped.
