Single-storey extension to rear and side of house approved for retention

Teresa O'Sullivan has got the green light to keep a single-storey extension she's built on the rear and side of her house in Kellogyboy, Calry. The council approved it on a conditional basis, meaning she'll need to meet certain requirements to make it official.
