First floor balcony added to west side of house

Mark Walsh has been given the go-ahead to build a first floor balcony on the west side of his house at Cahermore Holiday Village in Inniscrone. The application was for retention, meaning the work may have already been done and this formalises it. The decision comes with conditions attached.
