Demolition of cottage and construction of new replacement dwelling

Michael Rosann Currid is proposing to demolish an existing cottage at Cloonacrin, Doonowney and build a new replacement dwelling on the same site. The application also includes upgrading the septic tank system with a new tank and percolation area.
