Two 3-bed apartments already built on Main Street, Elphin get formal approval

Gordon Murray has been granted permission to keep two 3-bedroom apartments that have already been built on Main Street in Elphin – one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The apartments are connected to the public sewerage system, and the council approved this retention application with conditions in April 2026.
