Derelict house refurbishment with new treatment system and site works

John Devine has been given the go-ahead to restore a derelict house at Clooneigh in Elphin, including changes to how it looks from the outside. The project also involves installing a new wastewater treatment system and drainage area, along with other site works needed to bring the property back into use.
