The Labour Court has not recommended compensation for a former operations team leader at Telus International Ireland Ltd who described difficulties with a colleague before resigning. She said the colleague changed her shifts without notice and undermined or questioned her in an intimidating manner. Telus did not appear at the hearing, but had written that it did not accept there was an industrial dispute. In its recommendation dated 8 April 2026, the Court accepted that the case concerned a trade dispute under the Industrial Relations Acts. It noted her nearly nine years with the company and appraisals describing her as diligent, competent and well-regarded. She moved straight to another job at slightly higher pay and suffered no financial loss. The Court found a compensation recommendation was not merited.
