The Labour Court declined to recommend that the Mental Health Commission concede a worker’s claim concerning alleged bullying, harassment and discrimination. The recommendation was signed on 18 December 2020. The worker told the Court she was also pursuing a separate case under the Employment Equality Acts based on the same facts. The Court said the dispute was being pursued under those Acts and it would be inappropriate to recommend concession of the Industrial Relations Act claim.
