The Labour Court recommended that Fujitsu Siemens Computers recognise the Technical, Engineering and Electrical Union (TEEU) for collective bargaining on behalf of its service engineers. The company did not attend the hearing but sent a written submission saying it dealt directly with the engineers and would continue to do so. The recommendation was signed on 21 April 2008.
