The Labour Court recommended that Amicus’s claim for additional annual leave for professional grades at The Central Bank be considered through the Bank’s pay benchmarking exercise. The recommendation was dated 31 July 2007. The Court said the matter could be referred back to it for reconsideration if it was not resolved through that process.
