Labour Court recommends full wage increases for Eircom managers above €60,500 band

The Labour Court recommended that Eircom pay in full the Sustaining Progress increases applicable to Service Operations Managers whose salaries were above the new band maximum. The Court noted that the €60,500 ceiling followed an independent review and agreement involving Eircom, the CWU and the Irish Municipal, Public And Civil Trade Union. The union said it had not agreed to the revised terms and sought full increases; Eircom said the unions had accepted them. The recommendation was dated 18 January 2006.
