In 2002, the Labour Court recommended that EBS Building Society increase its Christmas bonus by €500 per employee for full cooperation with the move to Burlington Road. It recommended a further €500 per affected employee on 1 April 2003, subject to full cooperation, and provision of the additional leave offered at conciliation. Amicus MSF had sought €3,000 per person for relocation disruption. The Court did not support compensation for the move itself but recognised short-term inconvenience and expense. The recommendation was signed on 12 December 2002.
