The Labour Court recommended that Milner Office Furniture Limited and the Building And Allied Trades Union continue discussions on claims for a 2% local bargaining payment and an attendance bonus. The Court said the parties had made some progress toward settlement and recommended exploring their proposals further. Any issues left unresolved could be referred back to the Court. The recommendation was signed on 17 June 1999.
