The Labour Court found that Ros Na Run had not unfairly dismissed a security officer, in a recommendation dated 4 December 1998. The worker, employed casually, said he had been promised at least 24 hours a week but was rostered for 12 before his dismissal. Ros Na Run said the worker had breached workplace rules and received adequate warnings. The Court said unfair dismissal was the only issue before it and found the dismissal was not unfair in the circumstances.
