The Labour Court recommended no concession on a claim by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union concerning a worker’s return to his former position at Bord Na Gaeilge. The Court considered that the board had not acted unreasonably and said it expected assurances to the worker to be implemented if a suitable vacancy arose. It also called on the parties to build on improved relations. The recommendation was signed on 30 November 1992.
