Labour Court recommends long-service increments for Finglas care staff

In 1990, the Labour Court recommended that the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim for long-service increments for 28 care staff at Finglas Children's Centre be conceded. The recommendation was signed on 15 November 1990. The Court recommended extending the staff’s established 96% pay relationship with teachers to include the claimed increments, under the Agreement on Pay in the Public Service.
