In 1988, the Labour Court did not recommend conceding the Irish Transport And General Workers' Union's claim against Unidare Transformers Limited for five days' pay for three coil winders taken off the payroll during a workplace dispute. The Court said the claimants had not followed the agreed Procedural Agreement. Its recommendation was signed on 27 September 1988.
