WRC recommends closing worker’s dispute over team move

The WRC recommended that a worker close his dispute over a team move and reassignment of accounts because he referred it before completing the employer’s grievance procedure. The recommendation was dated 12 February 2026; the merits were not decided. The worker said the changes followed a bullying complaint against a former manager and left him with lower-level accounts. The employer said the reorganisation affected other workers and an investigation meeting had been arranged. The adjudicator found the worker referred the dispute before the scheduled internal meeting on 14 May 2025 and recommended that he deem it closed.
