The Workplace Relations Commission recommended that a worker and employer exhaust available local dispute resolution options before referring their dispute to the WRC. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the recommendation on 18 July 2024. Both sides confirmed at the hearing that local resolution options had not been exhausted and an alternative remained to be explored.
