The Labour Court directed Beata Ptaszek T/A Essence Of Beauty to pay Anna Zborowska €500 after finding that a Rights Commissioner's decision in her favour had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 8 July 2016. Zborowska referred the case to the Court under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It determined that Ptaszek pay Zborowska the €500 in accordance with that decision.
