The Labour Court determined that Haj Entertainments Ltd T/A Majana Restaurant must pay Hua Chen €1,000 after failing to carry out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 16 December 2014. Chen referred a complaint under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and had not been appealed within the time limit.
