The Labour Court directed Michael Nolan Steel Fabricating Limited to pay Timor Donos €2,500 after the company failed to implement a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 4 April 2012. Donos complained that the employer had not carried out the decision, and no appeal had been brought against it within the time limit. The Court determined that the company must pay the €2,500 specified in the earlier decision.
