The Labour Court determined that Mahmoud Saad Moustafa, Bilire Trading Limited & Bilal Irish Meat must pay former employee Moustafa Ahmed €5,000 under a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 10 December 2010. Ahmed had complained that his former employers had not implemented that decision. The Labour Court found it had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
