The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Julie Mulligan €680 after finding The Dental Studio failed to honour her contractual notice entitlement. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham dated the decision 10 July 2026. Mulligan said her contract provided four weeks’ notice. The Dental Studio said it paid statutory notice and rounded accrued holiday pay up to a further week’s pay. The WRC found the contract provided four weeks’ notice and upheld her complaint under the Minimum Notice & Terms of Employment Act, 1973.
