WRC finds Adam Bartley’s minimum notice complaint against FGI Life Sciences could not succeed

The Workplace Relations Commission found Adam Bartley’s complaint against Fgi Life Sciences, Ltd could not succeed, concluding that he had received the one week’s pay in lieu of notice to which he was entitled. The decision was dated 13 April 2026. Bartley said he had not received proper statutory notice pay when his employment ended. The employer said he was dismissed during probation and paid for February, including a week in lieu of notice. The adjudicator relied on payslip evidence showing the notice pay had been paid.
