It recorded no award. Masroor challenged the €0.10-per-hour Sunday premium on his €12.70 hourly pay. The adjudicator found the premium was set out in his contract and paid. On his unfair dismissal complaint, the adjudicator found he had not established that his employment ended in circumstances amounting to dismissal.
