The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Cpi Recruitment Ltd to pay Jeffrey Estarlin De Leon Paredes €70 after upholding his complaint that he had not received his full annual leave entitlement and that his holiday pay was calculated at too low a rate. The decision was dated 19 November 2025. WRC adjudication officer Louise Boyle accepted Paredes’s undisputed evidence that €57.75 remained outstanding. The company did not attend the hearing.
