The Workplace Relations Commission directed Airport Hopper Holdings Ltd. to pay Orla Roddy €1,600 in compensation, less lawful deductions, after finding the company contravened minimum notice law. The decision was dated 9 April 2026. Roddy told the WRC the company ceased operations without paying her in lieu of notice. She said she had worked there for more than two years and was entitled to two weeks’ notice. The company did not attend the hearing.
