WRC rejects Martin Moran’s annual leave and public holiday complaints

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Martin Moran’s complaints against Starrus Eco Holdings Limited over annual leave and public holiday pay. The decision by Adjudication Officer Úna Glazier-Farmer was dated 16 April 2025. The officer found the annual leave complaint was outside the statutory time limit. For public holidays, she found no evidence Moran had worked the qualifying hours. The respondent had conceded entitlement for three public holidays, but no monetary award was recorded.
